Jess Murray is the global banking lead for Accenture Song, Accenture’s end-to-end experience and marketing agency. With over 15 years of experience advising some of the world’s largest banks on their experience transformation agendas, she specializes in disruptive innovations that demystify investing for traditionally under-served demographic groups. Recent initiatives have focused on digital strategy, user experience design, customer centric operating models, scaling product innovation and agile delivery for banking and wealth management clients.
She is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science and holds an M.B.A with a specialization in strategic marketing from McMaster University.
