Jess Lin is the North America Marketing Transformation Strategy Practice Lead for Accenture Song, Accenture’s end-to-end experience and marketing agency. She brings over 18 years of experience in marketing working with clients across a wide range of industries, and she believes in the power of brands and in activating them through experiences that engage and drive meaning for customers. Jess leads her team, and partners with others, to solve client problems in creative, impactful ways. Jess has a passion for urban gardening, gymnastics and wandering (and eating) around the world. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Communications, Brand Planning & Creative Art Direction from The University of Texas at Austin.
