Steve is Accenture’s managing director and lead of Strategy & Consulting for Banking in the southern US. With 20 years of experience, he focuses on innovation as he advises and guides banking clients through complex digital transformations.

Steve brings extensive experience within retail, small business and commercial banking. He’s led several human-centered design projects, process re-engineering, business architecture, target operating models, core replacement and large-scale systems implementations.

Steve is passionate about enabling and empowering the next generation of banking leaders. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University. Steve is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
