Kim Kim is a Managing Director within Accenture Strategy’s Banking practice, with a focus on retail and SME banking. She was previously based in Asia but transferred to Europe in January 2019, and is currently based in Amsterdam. She is passionate about driving the growth agenda, working with senior management to define their business strategy, design and implement new operating models and transformation programs. Her areas of expertise include digital strategy, customer segmentation and proposition design, digital sales & marketing, distribution operating models, M&A strategy, value architect and stakeholder management.
