Giorgio is the Financial Services Portfolio Lead for the United Arab Emirates.​ In his 20+ years of experience in consulting, Giorgio has been working with banking c-suite in Europe and Middle East, designing strategic programs and leading transformational projects, aimed at establishing the right combination of quality, efficiency and risk management. ​He has been responsible for the set up and run of the first and largest Fintech Hub in UAE, the Fintech Hive in Dubai; and has worked with several greenfield neobanks supporting their leadership in different phases of the neobank journey, from the envisioning through the design, build and run of the bank.
