Gary brings 35+ years' experience in financial services as a consultant, regulator, banker, and fintech practitioner developing of safe and sustainable payment, deposit, and lending solutions. Prior to joining Accenture, Gary co-founded 99FinTech, a payments and BaaS focused advisory. Earlier in his career, Gary served as Chief Product & Compliance Officer for a multinational payments and lending business and led policy making at the CFPB in the areas of payments, deposits, unsecured lending, and open banking.
