Shawn Becker

Shawn leads Accenture’s Financial Services Enterprise Agility practice. He specializes in standing up high performing modern product-based teams and organizations. He has deep practitioner experience such as the introduction of “New IT” to shape end-to-end quality on an Accenture-led program that touched over 60 million customers along with broad experience in shaping delivery optimization for over 200 applications.

Shawn builds trusted advisor relationships with his clients; e.g. he earned the only vendor partner seat on a Firmwide transformation council at a top 5 bank. He works with many leading CIOs, CTOs and their business partners in banking and insurance. He will act as an advisor to help ensure access to the best thought leadership within Accenture along with leading practices in the industry.
