Gareth is the Accenture banking practice lead for the UK & Ireland. In this role, he is accountable for Accenture’s UK & Ireland banking industry programme, as well as its 400 banking practitioners. He joined Accenture in 1992 and has a proven track record of shaping and successfully delivering large scale, complex banking transformations, including Lloyds Banking Group. He demonstrates an acute understanding of industry challenges and opportunities, and an ability to both shape and deliver complex Banking change. Gareth is married with two teenage daughters and lives in London. Outside of work he is a keen cyclist, having ridden from London to Paris on several occasions and in 2015 competed in the Cape Rouleur cycling event in South Africa.
