Piercarlo Gera is Accenture’s global lead for its Financial Services Distribution & Marketing practice, which covers work in distribution channels (branch, mobile, web, social media, etc.) and marketing (big data, analytics, CRM, etc.). Mr. Gera works regularly with clients in developed and growth countries, and personally supports several client teams in various geographies. He previously has held other Accenture management positions with direct responsibility for specific clients. He has been deeply involved in transformational programs to drive growth while optimizing cost-to-serve; planning and managing major mergers; and in productivity improvement programs creating lean organizations. Mr. Gera teams with clients to develop specific points of view, such as Everyday Banking, RE-banking, Digital Insurer, Customer-centricity in Insurance, as well as the Customer of the Future.
