The Distribution and Marketing Innovation Awards is a joint initiative from Efma and Accenture, which aims to identify and award the most innovative projects in the retail financial services arena, as well as to share best practices worldwide.

This year, our second annual awards ceremony took place on October 15 in Barcelona, Spain. More than 250 financial institutions from 69 countries submitted almost 600 case studies of customer innovations. Winners were selected by a combination of votes from a panel of judges composed of senior retail bankers from around the world and online votes from Efma members, which include 3,300 retail financial services companies in more than 130 countries.

We’d like to offer our warmest congratulations to the 2014 winners in each of our nine categories.
